My whole family has been customers of Supension Plus for 15 years. They are honest and trustworthy. They also save me about 50% from the BMW sdealer's prices. I moved from Laguna Niguel to Irvine 5 years ago and I would rather make the drive than go anywhere else. They make it easy for me. My husband and I bring our car at night, drop the key in the mail slot with a note and they call me in the morning to let me know what services I need and what time I can pick it up. The best part is that I pick it up on the same day!!! I recomend them to all my friends and I will always keep coming back!! It's so nice to have so much confidence in my mechanic. Thank you guys!! more

Worst experience I have ever experienced 6/6/2010

I had my Volvo taken there since it broke down on me on the road, and they had it for almost 3 weeks and then they charged me above the estimate they told me and a day later it had the same problem. I took it there again since it was the same problem and they claimed it was the computer. I was fed up with them so I refused repairs. Took it to another shop and they fixed it in one day. I will never go back to these guys again. Pros: They have a nice waiting room Cons: They had my car for two weeks and never fixed it more

DON'T BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO SUSPENSION PLUS 3/10/2009

I have had the worst experience with any mechanic I have ever brought my vehicle to at Suspension Plus. Yes, the staff is friendly but very incompetent when it comes to cars. I've had to have the service double checked by the dealer after experiencing an array of problems caused by Suspension Plus. I advise people to not make the same mistake that I have and bring their vehicle to Suspension Plus. Pros: Friendly Staff Cons: They have no idea what they are doing to your vehicle. more
