We do not have our cable through Suscom, but we do have our cable modem through them.
I'm a little disappointed in their business practices though. It seems as if they are taking advantage of a situation with their coverage areas.
Unfortunately they are the only cable company that covers our area, so we must chose them.
We recently signed up for cable modem and we have to pay an additional $10 a month because we don't have digital cable through them.
I think this is definitely monopolizing the system.
The gentleman that came out to hook up our cable was extremely friendly and really nice.
Although every time I have had to call customer service, no one has really been all that friendly to me.
I am with them only because I have no other choice.
