I heard about this vet from my sister, She spoke of this office very highly. I decided to take Bentley (English bulldog) here. I have nothing but positive feedback for this place.\r \r I took Bentley here so he could get his vaccine and a check up since hes a puppy.\r Right when I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist/ assistant Laura. Laura was very welcoming which made Bentley and I comfortable. After I finish the paperwork, it was only a few minutes when Laura called us out of the waiting room and into the checkup room. We were then greeted by Dr. Gindi. She answered all my questions that I had nice and professionally. Found out that Bentley was a healthy puppy and I had nothing to worry about.\r \r Their prices are very affordable and they can work around your schedule. I would recommend this office to any pet lovers. The staff are great! I have been coming here ever since my first visit. more

I love Dr. Wicks and her staff. I have been going to Surf City Pet Hospital since they opened. I have 2 cats and 2 Dogs. Dr. Wicks has always been great with my animals and they love her. I have an older dog with a lot of health problems and Dr. Wicks and her staff has helped me so much with the care of my baby. If you want to see a Vet that really cares Surf City Pet Hospital is the place to go. Dr. Wicks will get down on the floor with your dogs and give them belly rubs. This is the best! more

I want to thank Dr. Wicks and Jessica for taking such good care of my elderly chihuahua Joon. I've had her at other vets and she came home totally traumatized, not the case here. Good to know there are gentle people to help with our sick furbabies. more

All the staff is very friendly and all of our fur babies are very well taken care of each visit. I love the environment and how my wife and I can ask any questions that we may have. Journey is the queen of the castle there! Always a pleasure!!! more

I want to thank the Vet and staff at Surf City Pet Hospital for the tremendous care you gave to my dog Cal and our family when he became terribly ill several weeks ago. He passed away very suddenly but the warmth and empathy you showed made this so much better than it could have been. The staff gave me time with him at the end and lit a candle in the room. It was very thoughtful. They also followed up with a condolence card. This is a great place... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. more

I was referred by a friend & I have already referred others. Dr. Bindi is kind, considerate and very affordable. We have two goldendoodle puppies so things get expensive fast. The clinic offers affordable puppy plans which we took advantage of. Our girls received excellent service & we never felt pressure to purchase additional services. After our experience with our last pup we were very stressed with finding a new vet. We are so thankful that we found Surf City Pet Hospital and we highly recommend them. more

I switched from a very busy practice to this homey little paractice, and I am thrilled with the care and the service. I don't get a sense of trying to be taken advantage of, they are caring without price gorging.My pet is treated like a member of my family, and not an animal in a line of many procedures for the day. Staff is always friendly on the phone, and in person. I am extremely happy with Dr. Gindi and her crew. more

Took Buddy to get checked out and was really impressed. They were able to get me a same day appointment and were incredibly nice. Prices seemed pretty reasonable, and they didn't charge an office visit, since Buddy was a first timer! Woo-hoo! Buddy really appreciated that they had us in/out of the office really quick, too! :) I have a regular vet that we use, but I will definitely come back to this office on days I don't feel like driving all the way to Riverside! :) more
