There were several problems. Cost and money problem that the search pro was supposed to be free and now $99. There were more than 30 issues on my website that Bill is never available. When I call technical support they say there is a freeze on my account only 4 days after making my website public!! They never confirmed with me if I like the website and proof reading!! They never sent me an invoice and tried to put a charge on my credit card! more

Be very very very careful when dealing with Superlative, Inc. They promise the moon and my experience has been they delivered nothing. I have repeatedly requested they refund my money and that has not happened. In my opinion it is most unfortunate they are unable or unwilling to produce what they promise. more
