I've recently taken my notebook down to Superior because there were some problems I just couldn't fix. They quickly worked on it and had it back to me in a couple of days. When it turned out that the notebook had other issues, they tried their best to fix them for no extra charge. I also took some to them to see if they could have the data salvaged and wasn't charged a cent when the weren't repairable. Superior even works with local small businesses to provide support. One down side would be that their products can't compete with bigger chains.
