I am sorry you had a bad experience. SMS does have a non refundable policy once the Doctor administrators the test dose to see that it will work and the patient decides to go on a program, that money is non refundable. Almost 20 years as an ED clinic and with thousands of satisfied patients and no infections reported. We have been successful with many patients that have been to other Doctor's and received no results. more

On our way home we decided it would be smart to make sure this product would be safe for my husband to use. We drove right back to the clinic with the unopened kit with sample product and a piece of paper guaranteeing future orders of up to $1000. The manager Don Larrenaga said he couldn’t refund our credit card, but told us to just call our credit card company and dispute the charge. When we insisted on something in writing to prove we returned everything, Larrenaga said he was going to call the police. When MasterCard called he said he was in possession of a signed Non Refundable contract and wanted to be paid. So he got $1090.00 and we got nothing except a lesson about not trusting people. As an aside, when we talked to our doctor, he said licensed medical professionals do not recommend the product sold at Superior Medical Solutions because it is over priced and can cause painful infections. Hope this helps prevent others from being gypped out of their money! more
