I broke my key in the lock of my apartment building's front door, after regular business hours. The locksmith was there in 20 minutes, and removed the broken key & fixed the lock right away. Not only that, he noticed that our landlord had made us poor keys, so he made replacements on the spot for me & 2 of my neighbors, for free.
