Waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick up. When it finally arrived it STANK of smoke and and smelled like it hasn't been cleaned...Ever. There was garbage, for wrappers, and debris everywhere. The seat next to me was soaking wet with god knows what. I almost threw-up and need to shower when I *finally* got to my hotel. Horrible. more

Took FOREVER to get to my hotel 8/8/2014

Been taking super shuttle for years, but this group apparently drops people at their homes in the suburbs, so I was over half hour late for my meeting. If you want to get to your hotel, take a cab...next time I will. more
