We only stayed one night but the Excellent Service we received at check-in made the stay. My mom and I had excellent service from Brandon when we checked in. When we told him we were planning to do some Shopping at the Turkey Creek shops, he gave us, without us having to ask, a map of the stores, he highlighted the route from the hotel to the shops and and recommend and highlighted a place for us to have dinner, which we did dine at. \r We had stayed here a few years ago while passing through and they have done major updates to the hotel. The location is great, it's right off the highway, it's close to food and shopping, but not on a busy street, and if you hadn't seen the full lot, you would never have known that it was that full, because it was quiet. The next time we are in the area we will be staying here again. more

I have a very sick little pup and had to stay overnight in Knoxville while he was being watched at UT Vet Hospital. \r \r When I booked the hotel - I didn't realize how far out it was. I just read Knoxville/West and figured it would be around West Town Mall area. This is my fault and I was in a hurry to pack, book a hotel and get my dog to Knoxville. \r \r The guy at the front desk was very friendly! I booked for 2 nights because I work remotely and needed the internet all day Monday. UT wound up releasing my dog Monday afternoon so I left. I knew I wouldn't get a refund on that night, but I was okay with that because of how much it cost and the fact that I did use the room/internet all day until about 5pm.\r \r The internet signal was great (which was very important). There were plenty of channels to watch on the tv and the rooms have been nicely updated (well everything but that horrible print - but hey - that's just an opinion lol).\r \r They have a very nice pool area too. I was right by the pool entrance and there were people using the pool rather late - but was able to ignore them with a fan that I purchased at the nearest walmart. I need white noise and hotel rooms are usually just too quiet for my taste anyways. \r \r The breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast. Packaged pastries, toast, bagels, cereal and a waffle station, and rather good coffee (with itty bitty cups) - nothing spectacular, but enough to fuel some energy for the work day, pick up the pup and for the 2.5 hour drive back to Nashville. more

My truck was in the shop and I stayed here 2 nights. From the shuttle driver to front desk staff to owners and their kids. Simply the nicest group of people. My room was right in front of the pool. Lots of people in it yet the noise was minimal. Room was clean. Bathroom clean. Will be back if in the area for sure! more

This was the last night of our girls' trip. Originally, we were staying in Gatlinburg but changed our plans for our last night. I was very impressed with our room. It actually looked quite new. Breakfast was adequate. They did have a waffle maker though we just had cereal. more

I was skeptical to stay in a ""low cost"" hotel, but this place was GREAT!!! The service was excellent, the room was clean, and the continental breakfast the next morning was a bonus!! If we ever need to stay in that area again, we definitely would stay here!!!! more

We always stop at this motel on our way to and from Florida. It's well located, just off the interstate and close to most major restaurant chains. It is clean, well maintained and the staff have always been welcoming. The breakfast provided is more than adequate. more

We were on a long road trip and needed a place for the night. Found this place during a stop and reserved it. The reception desk clerk was very nice and friendly. The room and the bathroom area was very clean as others have also mentioned. The toiletries seemed fine except for their skimping on the body lotion. The breakfast options are the standard fare available in this range of hotels. Overall, we liked our stay and will try Super8 again. more

Stopped at this Super 8 without a reservation and received a great room at a great price! The desk clerk who checked us in not only saw to our needs, he was funny and enjoyable as well, and even asked if I was a AAA member to offer me the AAA rate. Fantastic!! The room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of parking, and there are many restaurants nearby. It is also right off of the interstate, so very easy to locate. The free WiFi was a terrific added bonus! Everything was clean and well-maintained. A nice stay, thank you very much!! more

Owner Patel has a great place to stay . Very clean. Updated. Great breakfast. Best price for the area. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 1/29/2015

This Super 8 was terrific. We had two adults two kids. Large room with queen beds as opposed to full beds. Wasn't afraid to let my kids walk around the room...usually in cheap interstate rooms everything is gross. Not here. Rooms were clean, carpet was new, shower was large with good water pressure. Beds were comfortable enough for a one night stay. Pet friendly - pets were $10 extra. Breakfast was pretty good. Waffles, yogurt, fruit, bagels, cereal, juice, and coffee. Just enough to help you start your day. We will definitely be back. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 1/23/2015
