STAY THE HE*LL AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are incompetant AND liars.
They ruined my down pillows. One of them showed up with a big 12" brown stain with smaller circular stains inside it - like it was left in a dryer and scorched. She kept insisting: "stain no come out!" I tell her there there was no stain when I brought them in - she just keeps repeating the broken English. Thing is, I walked in on you and HEARD you in the back before you saw me lady- you managed perfect English when screaming at your kid over the phone, SO DROP THE PHONEY "I don't speak English" ACT.
They are also liars: She kept insisting that "we no use dryer - wash only". Gee Whiz, when I came in yesterday ( and they weren't ready of course) she told me they were "still in dryer." Lying and misrepresenting yourself is no way to run a business. But you will find that out soon enough when you have no more customers!
I had to fight with her to get a receipt - she didn't want to give me anything with proof I'd paid.
