Reflecting on the our entire HVAC project from conception through completion, there is only one term that can accurately describe our opinion of using and working with Sunset Mechanical Coerfection. We consider ourselves extremely lucky that we found out about Sunset (they were highly recommended) and that we chose the best company for the job. In every aspect, they went to all efforts to assure the job was done right. Many adjectives could be applied, all of which apply to this company; Innovative, solution rather than sales focused, extremely high quality materials and work, caring, extremely detail-oriented, and above all, trustworthy and honest. After a thorough initial system analysis, we were given several options, and all of which would solve our HVAC problems and improve our system, and the pros and cons of each. If Sunset had any fault at all, it would be that they provided perhaps more detailed analysis information than I could comprehend! There was one area where we just trusted them and in the end found that their recommendation was dead on correct. In every aspect, the system they designed and installed very much did what they said it would and exceeded our expectations. After seeing the weak analysis and comparison bids from other suppliers, the Sunset approach by far had no equal. Although their recommendation may not be the lowest price, the value and performance of the end result far and away made them the best choice. We would completely recommend Sunset for HVAC work without any hesitation. Justin, Aaron and the crew are GOOD! They did what they said they would do, professionally, and on time. They also took great care to clean up and protect our property. more

Green Horizon installed new units for me about 6 or 7 years ago and they have been servicing the units since. I just had them come out last week. They are always responsive, they over communicate with us, they call us before they come, and they always follow up the next day to make sure that we are satisfied with what they took care of. They're really a two man operation but they are powerful. more

I am very pleased with Sunset Mechanical and highly recommend them to others! I had a clogged kitchen sink and needed a garbage disposal installed and called on Saturday to make an appointment. They rearranged their schedule so they could come to my house first thing on Monday morning. They came on time and did an exceptional job. Justin gave me an estimate up front and got right to work. He explained everything he did after the job was complete and was very efficient. My sink works better now that it ever did! He's a handyman, and he recommended them to us because that's who he uses and recommends as well. They came highly recommended to us, and my experience tells me they were spot on. more

They are very proactive and not reactive, which I love! I don't have to have a "to-do list". They anticipate when our next visit should be. I feel like they care for me as a customer and that's why I've continued to use them for about 6 years now. They keep me involved and make me aware of any issues. If there's an issue or a potential problem that will need addressing at a later date, they'll make me aware of it. I think it's just the fact that they are proactive and not reactive.
