Professional Company 2/2/2010

I just moved to the bay area , and contacted Sunset Glass to do my shower doors. Wayne the owner came to measure and explained everything and gave me tons of options. A week later they came out to install, when they were done I was amazed. Very professional and I would use again any time. Thanks Sunset Glass!!! Keep up the great work. Professional and helpful 1/31/2008

I telephoned Sunset Glass and received a prompt appointment and estimates. Part of the job was to finish a botched job started by another unnamed window company. The other part was to install new windows, which occured quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable; the workers were courteous and took care to do a professional job. They also helped install a door mirror. I ordered several more windows, and Wayne made several helpful suggestions that sped up the process. After interviewing half a dozen window people, and then making a bad choice, Sunset Glass came to the rescue. Hiring Sunset Glass was an excellent choice. Barbara more

Disappointed 10/7/2007

Very pleasant staff and owner, Wayne. After stopping in their shop I arranged for a man, John to come and measure my windows. He said it would take about 7 to 10 days for the estimate. After 2 weeks I called and Wayne said he would do a "drive through" and give us the estimate. After another 2 weeks I called Wayne and he asked me more questions. He said he would call back in a few minutes, but never did. Why didn't he just say he didn't want to do the job and not waste our time?! more

If you care about how you are treated and what you are charged than Sunset Glass is not for you. Pros: Namebrand windows Cons: Poor service, no discounts, bad attitude, not timely more

Super fast turnaround! 9/9/2005

I've used this place when we had to replace a kitchen window and they are super fast. I called them and they walked me through getting the measurements and then I went to their shop to pick out a type of window. Placed an order and the window was installed in 2 days. Talk about fast service and the price wasn't too bad either. I will definitely use them again when I need to change out a window. They were really nice too! The installer even left me some window cleaner after he was done. more
