Fabuous! 6/5/2011

I purchased an air conditioner through Sunset Air (salesman was Jesse Cherry) in March of 2011. Yesterday I turned on the air conditioning for the first time. It was FABULOUS! My house is situated in a very hot sun area, and last year I nearly fried. I would highly recommend this company. There were no surprises. Their recommended financing worked out wonderfully (my monthly payment is extremely reasonable). All the people that I have encountered at Sunset Air are very professional. This was and continues to be a great experience for me. more

Very pleasant experience! 3/29/2011

My a/c had stopped working so I called Sunset Air. The guy was really friendly when I called, and since their price was reasonable (was 3rd company I called) I went ahead and booked with them. They were very careful about not tracking dirt into my home, and I was pleasantly surprised by the bill - only the diagnostic fee plus parts - no additional hourly rate was added on. A very pleasant experience. Thank you more

We called sunset air about an issue with our heater and they came out that day. The tech was friendly and professional and suggested instead of replacing the unit to repair the damaged part instead first. It worked and our heater was up and running. We know that the tech could have suggested a pricier option but was honest. Sunset air now has us as loyal customers. more

Awesome 3/24/2011

Sunset air ended being a lifesaver...My mom's heating system went out and we went on the web and found Sunset . The tech came out and was fast friendly and got her heat up and running in two shakes. We were also pleasantly surprised at the cost as we were really expecting to be driving home without an and a leg but sunset's value was really good. I would recommend them to anyone needing ac or heat service. more

Honest and reliable 2/28/2011

My Co worker refereed me to Sunset Air and I want to thank the Tech and the company. What I thought was going to be very expensive repair turned out to be something minor and easy. A big improvement 1/25/2011

I wanted to tell you how much more comfortable (warm) I am this winter since you installed my new Honeywell thermostat. A big improvement! Thanks for suggesting it and the expert installation. I was told I would be more satisfied with it than the one I had, and I am. more
