I hate the new owners! they raised rent. u now have to pay for water. they are rude and don't take care of anything. i would not recommend this park to anyone more

great location right off of I35, beautiful river flowing throw the middle surrounded bye trees lots of wild birds and squares really nice people anybody would help anybody out, very quiet and peaceful and for those animal lovers they do allow Dogs and Cats the only bad thing i have found is the management no ones ever in the office you have to give your rent to the gas station attendant or you will find your self waiting for hours for someone to be in the office more

My Husband and I have been looking for a nice mobile home park in Central North Minnesota. We wanted to be closer to family, Church and So on. Well, this mobile home park is pathetic. More than 2/3 of this park really, honestly needs to be condemned. Doesn't the management care. This park is in a prime location, it has a beautiful, really beautiful surrounding area. I could tell just by driving through this park that the crime must be just rampant. What a shame! I know so many people that would love this area. I have looked at more than 50 mobile home parks in Minnesota and I'm rating this one the worst yet. It's really too bad. Seriously, please do something about your park. Pros: The surrounding area is beautiful Cons: I would be frightened to live there, raise children? Forget it. more
