Very fake attitude from the owner first off... second; very poor representation for a home owner and no concern for the well being of the tenant. "IF" something goes wrong she, Cari, will not handle it in a timely manner and threaten you with taking you to court if the payment is late AT ALL! If the repair does get taken care of (after waiting a week or two) she sends her marijuana stinking boyfriend to do the work and it is not pretty...Took him 3 days to paint one wall and it looked so bad it just got repainted yesterday by a pro. Terrible, unsightly work is all he knows! ... and good luck getting a hold of her at anytime!"Not someone you want looking after your home!" The home owners words! I wouldn't recommend Sunland to anyone, even an enemy! And that is just because of the owner Cari! most unprofessional experience ever!
THE "POSITIVES';
You don't have to see or speak to her very often as long as you pay on time and can handle the small maintenance of the home on your own. This is the preferred way to handle this company and that is not how it should work... Property Management is just that, all she does is take her percentage out of the rent and that is it. Like I said, keep looking!
On every site I have been to it has been 4 out of 5... So 20% are people she likes and the rest are totally up that creek without an ore. lol Seriously, keep looking!
