The only place for us! 4/26/2012

For over eight years our dog has gone to the Sundance Kennels ?retreat? for his home away from home for one night or several weeks at a time. I was comforted knowing that they expect to have up to date vaccination records for all guests. We appreciate the cleanliness, daily routine, attention to the feeding requirements of our dog, and the options for additional playtime! Grooming on site is an added convenience ? and a happy dog always greets me upon my return. Sundance owners and their staff always demonstrate personal attention to every detail. Most importantly, they are diligent about the safety, health and welfare of any guest. It's worth my 65 mile round trip drive. more

Rudest women working there....miserable mother and daughter! 4/16/2012

The women that work at this place are extremely rude, nasty, and miserable. They talk to you like you are an idiot and showed no respect to me as a customer! If they treated me like that, I can only wonder how they treated my dog! If you want to be treated with respect, go somewhere else! Even a 1 star rating is too high for this place! more

Thanks Sundance Kennels 4/21/2011

After much contemplation, I boarded my dog during my vacation. I was very nervous, but Betty was pampered, adored, and loved. She was returned to me calm, happy, and clean. She seemed to have had a wonderful vacation too. The staff here is exceptional. You will not be disappointed boarding here. more

They are friendly and honest?? 6/22/2010

It is always so hard to leave my dog when I go away, but people at Sundance Kennels are wonderful. The skilled staffs are all there to help you and your pets. They are friendly and honest. They made me feel at ease leaving my dog and catered to my needs. I feel excellent knowing my dog is being left at such a wonderful place. I highly recommend Sundance Kennels. Terrible Kennel, Awful Management 4/22/2010

The worst kennel I have ever used. Sundance Kennel is run by a mentally disturbed woman--and her attitude toward her customers and clients in inexcusable. I made a simple request--that my dogs not be sprayed down with their standard lysol ""fragrance"" and was treated to a psyhotic tirade as to why the animals must be gassed with chemicals when exited the kennel. She then accused me of lying! What happened to customer service? After writing her a check for over $300 for a week's stay--you would think I would have received a little civility! The dogs are not permitted to leave their cramped quarters during their ""stay."" They charge now to even feed the dogs--so apparently, their fee is only room--and you have to pay extra for them to feed them the kibble you provide! Outstanding! I will NEVER allow my dogs to stay in this facility again! more

Six Starr resort for dogs 8/12/2009

The Sundance Kennels is like the Six Starr resort for dogs. OUTSTANDING CLEAN IN/OUT KENNEL & GREAT PEOPLE. The Individual space are large and are indoor and outdoor so my dogs didn't have to stay in a small area. All I can say is I LOVE the kennel and the staff and I have returned many times and have been thrilled every time! I also recommend my friends, family and co-workers and the ones that have been always come back and tell me ""You were right"" They love it as well. Pros: Best service in the area more
