I called them for a suspected leak of my fireplace, it turn out after 3 visits is by their technician they replaced a valve and a pilot tube it cost me $975.55. All I asked them is to install an extra valve since the current floor valve, I have does not have a key. The service man said he will do that for me as part of the package repair and won’t charge me fore for it; like as if they did not already exuberantly charged me. I called them several times that this was not done and they never return my call I tried complaining to their manager Curtis he has been avoiding me. Don’t know what to do now other than all Jesse (King 5) on them.
