Sun State Ford Inc

Bought a new car....notice I say new.. and was not given both keys..somehow they misplaced a set of keys. I was told to come back and have a set made....really?? how can that happen ?needless to say I came a few days later and to get the keys made. It was just unprofessional, a new car has two sets of keys period, how do they get misplaced?? more

I have had my F-150 serviced there and great service. Just bought a new Ranger from them. The sales and finance people are terrible. They negotiated a deal and when it came time to sign the papers it had changed. more

I Had my f 150 in for service for vibration in the front end. I was told that the vibration was in the rear brakes and they could be fix by turning the rotors i paid $110 to turn rotors. Well after turning rotors I was told 80% of vibration was in rear and 20% was in the front and if i wanted the other 20% can be fix if i replace the front rotors. Needless to say i had the front rotors turned only 14,000 miles ago. Can some one tell how a brand new truck go throw rotor's so fast. more

Excellent dealership who seems to really care. The used car manager couldn't do enough for us. We ended up buying 2 used fords, a 2006 F-150 and a 2005 Mustang. Their followup was excellent. We would be happy to buy there again. more

The staff of Sun State Ford has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. I've purchased two cars (one used, one new) there in the past 3 years, with zero pressure from sales staff. The finance team worked to get me a deal I was happy with (I'm a tough customer when it comes to money), which was no small feat. Service is first class EVERY TIME. I had a dent on the seam of my car door and the body shop dent-puller made it look as good as new for a ridiculously low price ($150--can you believe it? They could've taken the door off and painted it...the quote was more than three times the amount of the actual repair cost. These folks are real pros!). In addition to doing a good job when the vehicles are in for service, this dealership actually calls back after every service visit to ensure I'm satisfied. They really do care about keeping their customers, and I highly recommend Sun State Ford. I've purchased Fords on both sides of the highway and while the one out east is pretty darne more

Fast service. Very accurate in finding complex problems and cheaper than "Tropical Ford's" per hour rates. Advisor kept me informed on the status of my car through out the day and was greeted with a smile when I came in to pick up my car that night. more
