We love Japanese food, and enjoy trying various restaurants in our travels; however, I always come back to Rome (my hometown) for the best fried rice I've ever eaten. The secret ingredient? bacon! Leave it to a Japanese cook in the deep South to throw in a little fat-back; we've yet to meet another cook who does this. \r
While the service here is unfortunately slow, the hilltop view and the good eats make this a stop you'll want to add to your list when visiting Northwest Georgia.
