this place has gone WAY down hill fast. I will not rent from this property again. Theres mold in many of teh ac units, the property went almost 2 whole months with no law service....

this place has gone WAY down hill fast. I will not rent from this property again. Theres mold in many of teh ac units, the property went almost 2 whole months with no law service. Theres stuff broken, and its just really unplesent. BUT the rent isn't bad. if you don't mind everything else. MOLD, electrical problems, "odd" people, ect. more

Sugartree Apartments is PET FRIENDLY>>REALLY! 7/9/2009

I absolutely love this place. the apartments are a Lil on the small side but the people that live here and the staff more than make up for that plus I have an attic. They are the only place that would take my doberman. I had so many places tell me she is an aggressive breed and she is not. I am so happy I found a place she and I can call home. more

Sugartree Apartments is a nice place to call home 7/9/2009

Cute place, good value! I have been here for 14 or 15 years now and I love this place. The staff has not always been the best but Betsey our current manager is great. She does not put up with any thing. If there is a problem she handles it so that everyone that lives here has a nice quiet community that they can be proud to call home. It is very pet friendly; I have plenty of room to walk my dog Buster or maybe I should say he walks me! I like my neighbors, repairs are done quickly and the staff is nice plus it is quiet here and walking distance to so much. more
