Sugartree Apartments

I read these reviews online before I went apartment shopping and was very skeptical about even going to look at sugar tree. I still moved in two months ago and have loved it here from day one. All of my neighbors are pretty quiet, even with living on the bottom floor, and I have never had an issue with any of them, unlike another apartment I lived at in Clio. I had my air conditioning go out once on me and the maintenance guy came right out that day and fixed it up. It sounds like this place wasnt too good before by the other reviews, but I havent had any issues since living here. So I would definately reccomend sugartree to someone. more

Dynasty properties purchaced the property when it hasn't been kept up to date for 10 years.They did just put in a new drive but the speed bumps still have to be shaved down.the asphalt company was suppose to do that last week.I am only one person so I try to put everything that is important up front and get it done.The pool is going to be fixed when I get caught up on everything.If you have any issues I will take care of them the best I can.I know I just started here but I think I can handle it.You need anything fixed called the office and they will make a sheet for me.I check them 3 times a day minimum.We still have a few problems with some younger tenants and we are adressing the issue.The property has come a long way in just a short few months.There is still alot of stuff to do but we will get it done.Like I said i'm one person and theres nothing going to stop me from doing my job right.Again if you have any issues call the office and they will be adressed.Thankyou.. I Jus turned 18 so i was looking for an apartment and one of my friends had already lived there. So i got an apartment in my name. Sugartree was the horrible. They dont fix anything at all. When neighbors are loud and i complained they didnt do anything about it. I think it was because i was young or something everything was blamed on me. i wasnt even home alot. I had 2 jobs and was still in high school. someone had threw a rock threw my window and it had rained for like a week and they didnt fix it they tryed moving me to another apartment. It had messed up a bunch of my stuff but i jus moved out to another apartment in clio. i lived there for a couple of months and then the old manager of sugartree got hired at pinecreek apartments in clio and i moved out of there her name is barb and she is a horrible person. she may be a manager of apartments but dont know how to manage apartments. if you were thinkin of moving into sugartree or pinecreek in clio dont its a horrible place to live!! sugar tree apartments is one of the worst places to live. The new mangement that they have there is a joke. They go into your apartment when your not there and go through your things. They say they have a pool but its broke. Its been broke for almost 2 years now whats the problem. The parking lot is hole glore we shouldnt even have to pay rent for everything that is wrong with this place. no stars for sugartree they are a terrible place to live. advertise pool and won't even fix it so it can be used. Won't fix anything, rent money should be put in escrow till things are fixed. Parking lot is one big speed bump. I guess if your desperate that's the place you want to go. It wasn't bad about 10 years ago but the new management since my daughter rented there last November is atrocious. Pros: if you have bad credit their more than likely desperate enough to rent to you. Cons: parking lot is terrible like speed bumps are nothing compared to the potholes. won't fix the pool but still advertise in the paper like theres nothing wrong with it. more
