Based on Kudzu's reviews, I called SHA to get a second opinion after the dealership I have gone to for years started quoting me high prices and telling me I needed a new PS pump, ...

Worst

They fix the problem (eventually) but every time a new (unrelated coincidence according to them) problem mysteriously pops up just after leaving - "make work" project?

Best Customer Service EVER!!!! 8/25/2013

Had my oil changed and found I had NO brake lights. They ran a check on all electrical and fixed the problem. They are the best! Thank you so much! more

The staff takes time to make sure understand the issue and the cost to repair. They do a great job of identifying the problem and letting you know what if any thing needs to be corrected and whether there is an alternative to their service. more

I love y'all but... 8/1/2013

I'm going to need to get the van back in sometime to reset the need oil change alert, see why the brakes have an occasional squeak when backing up, and tire balance over 60 mph. None of these things are that urgent. I'll call or drop it by soon for the above problems. more

Fair and Honest 7/20/2013

Tom and his staff are friendly, honest and fair. They will explain anything you ask them and they make you feel welcomed in their facility. Their shop and office is extremely clean, which to me means they will also keep your vehicle clean on the inside and out. They always keep you informed of the progress on your vehicle and promptly contact you if they discover anything different then what was discussed when the vehicle was dropped off.
