Good: Nothing. Bad: I called to find out if they can straighten my car key. I asked if that was possible or should I call my car dealer. A male answered the phone and was very curt and crabby. He kept interupting me and then said I can try but I can't guarantee it will be fixed..I'm not going to guarantee I can fix it now. I'll take a look but I'm not going to guarantee I can fix it. He was so unfriendly....I changed my mine to go there.. Improvements: A new customer service rep.When someone can be that rude, it's their personality and that's the way they are. You can't change someone's personality.. Other: Its too bad of this situation...Suburban Lock and Key just lost a potential customer.Who would want to deal with someone like that?.
