Greatest place I've ever been! Staff is very nice, services are great and the owner is the sweetest! I will never go anywhere else! I had never had my hair colored professionally and it was the best decision I ever made! I will be back again for sure! more

I used to get my hair cut there exclusively for years by Sarah. Then I moved and started getting my hair cut at another salon that was closer to my new home. Then my stylist died and I got a new job. The new job was close to Studio F/X. So, I made an appointment and got a great cut by a real nice red-headed girl. I made an appointment for six weeks later. A few days later, Sandi, the owner, called to tell me that I was not allowed to come in there anymore. I never caused a problem in there and I always tipped well. She gave me no explanation except that I made someone uncomfortable there. So, I found a new place to go. I still think highly of Sandi, her staff and her salon. I find this shunning of a good customer a strange business practice. Please don't let this review sway you from going there. This is just my experience....... I had the same problem with Deb as Glitterbaby... even sounds like the same haircut! I also was filled in on her whole life story which was very depressing. I don't know if she just needs up to date training but I left with a mullet and cried the whole way home. Not a good overall experience at all! Cons: Need up to date training more

I was referred to Deb Hiks through a friend. I have had my hair cut at all the ""cool"" trendy salons in town, and have ALWAYS been let down, and have left with empty pockets...When I first entered the salon, I thought it looked a bit southern. Not very hip. But I am telling you, Deb gave me the best haircut, and color and really talked through what she was doing. The price is half of everyone in town, and the staff was nice. when my stylist jessica recently moved to this location from green hills i was glad she managed to find a location with professional support staff with great parking (lets face it ladies if you have ever been to green hills to get your hair done you know what a pain parking is) Pros: friendly staff, great retail, great parking Cons: not open on sundays more

Biggest hair mistake of my life! I was going out of town, and had a photo shoot so since my regular hair stylist was unavailable, I thought I'd try this place last minute. I called and they had an opening in 30 minutes with someone named Deb. (This should have been my first clue). Not only did she not do ANYTHING that I asked her, but she chopped the top part of my hair to bits, and I now look like I have a mullet. I've never left a salon crying, but I sure did that day, and have never been so upset over a haircut. PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did and go to this person. If you do, don't let her bring out her scissors. Pros: Clean Cons: Staff, Price is way too high for quality, NO TALENT, they will let anyone work there! more

Tad is the best colorist in Nashville!! He really works to please. You can't go wrong more
