Stubbeman, McRae, Sealy, Laughlin & Browder, Inc was formed in Midland, Texas, in 1936 by Frank Stubbeman, Hamilton McRae and Tom Sealy, under the name of Stubbeman, McRae & Sealy, in response to the demand for legal services created by the discovery and development efforts of oil and gas operators in West Texas and Southeast New Mexico.
