Most Helpful Employee 9/22/2011

My brother was recently wed at The Factory where Stoveworks Restaurant catered the food. The food was delicious and tasty. Stoveworks had the best staff to help run things smoothly. Jessica Jarve was the most helpful in this special time. She was there on time and asked to help in any way possible. Anything you asked of her she did her utmost best to make possible. Everyone at the wedding was impressed with the display of the food and the food itself. Jessica definitely deserves the credit for making a wonderful night better! more

Great food & service! 7/6/2011

I have been to Stoveworks many times & it has always been great. Whenever I went it was always just for lunch in the dining area, but the last time I was there I decided to host a Bridal Shower & myself and everyone who attended were so impressed! The whole process was easy breezy and made it a completely stress free event. Jessica(events manager) took care of us & I was completely confident everything would go smoothly. The servers who worked the party were nice & efficient... and of course the food was wonderful! I highly recommend anyone who has an event to check them out. I also love going there to meet friends for lunch, great food. more

Fantastic service! 7/5/2011

Wow! I held a seminar upstairs from Stoveworks and our group had lunch at the restaurant on two occasions. I was blown away by their service. They really were committed to making us feel special and comfortable. Jessica (catering & special events manager) was fantastic in taking care of our requests. She was thorough in communication and didn't miss a beat. And, best of all, she really impressed the attendees of our seminar. And, the food was DELICIOUS! (Wish I could eat some RIGHT now!) more

Delicous food and great staff!! 7/5/2011

I am always so excited to go to Stoveworks, whether for lunch or for a catering meeting/tasting! Their food is delicious, Jessica takes wonderful care of our brides, and I am always certain that things will go smoothly is they are involved. I look forward to working together more and more!! more

Excellent Menu and Staff 7/5/2011

I have frequented Stoveworks in Franklin with family, friends, and clients. The chicken salad and cranberry fruit salad are always tried and true delicious. Of course, it's known as a go-to lunch spot but give Stoveworks the chance to share what they can create for your Factory event. Add to good food the fact that the staff is always helpful and happy you are there.\r \r By the way, it also makes a terrific spot for a luncheon, shower, or rehearsal dinner. Check them out! more

Good Food and Great People 7/1/2011

I have enjoyed many a great lunch at Stoveworks in The Factory - always a reliable source of yumminess. While I haven't personally done this, loooove the fact that you can dine on the indoor patio with your pets at the two specifically marked off areas.\r \r In addition, some of nicest folks you'll ever meet. Stoveworks has allowed Big Brothers Big Sisters to commandeer their patio during the Franklin Wine Festival event to use as our volunteer headquarters - a huge help to the event that we sincerely appreciate. Can't thank you enough! more

Stoveworks Works It's Magic 12/17/2010

We recently had our Employee Appreciation Dinner at Stoveworks Restaurant, the food was sooo delicious that I can't begin to tell you how yummy it was. The presentation of the food was excellent and the service was the best. My tea glass was never empty. Jessica Jarve's help with planning the menu and making the arrangements was excellent. GREAT EXPERIENCE ! more

Stoveworks Does Have a Yummy Southern Flair 12/13/2010

I've had several great experiences at Stoveworks Restaurant lately. One was a big party where the food was very yummy. I found the wait staff and managers to be very responsive, helpful and also creative in dealing with a lot of last minute details. The food was enjoyed by my whole family - which can be very picky. It has really been a favorite lunch place for me for quite awhile. The spoon rolls - hot out of the oven - were totally delicious. Love, love the tomato basil soup and my husband thinks the southern creamed chicken is amazing! We also think the veggie burrito continues to be a fresh, yummy treat. Yep, we totally recommend this restaurant for eating and parties! more

Delicious food, delightful Southern hospitality 12/7/2010

I have had the pleasure of dining at Stoveworks many times, both at large luncheons and casually with friends. Their food has always been delicious, and their staff is both kind and accomodating. Stoveworks also makes an effort to reach out to the local community, and I attended a function recently that they hosted to benefit flood victims. The owners went above and beyond the call of duty to assist the flood relief efforts. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Franklin area. more

Never Received Food 10/17/2009

We were with a big group of people. We had 1 hour and 30 minutes before we had to be back to the convention (more than enough time to eat lunch). After 1 hour and 12 minutes, my table of four STILL DID NOT GET OUR FOOD (although everyone else around us had theirs). We told the waitress that we had to leave so we could get back to the convention and didn't have time to eat lunch now. When we told the manager/owner on the way out of the restaurant, all she said was ""Sorry"". I can't believe how rude and unprofessional she was. Ridiculous!! more

Horrible Catering Communication 1/24/2008

I wanted to use Stoveworks for my wedding reception. I was excited about the location and food. Christina, however, turned out to be horrible to coordinate with. She did not return calls for days. I do understand that she is probably a busy person, but she did not even call or email when she said she would. Don't bother leaving messages either because she won't return them in any sort of timely manner. If you are interested in getting details nailed down in a timely manner DO NOT use Christina at Stoveworks! \r \r I will say though that the food and service the times I've been for lunch is great. I just DO NOT recommend for catering. Pros: good for lunch Cons: horrible for catering more

dissapointed 1/22/2008

when my friend and I went there for the holidays, one thing we notice when we ordered the quiche was hers was small and mine was huge (price 7.50) Another time my husband and I met another couple there for dinner and the salmon was nasty and it was clear the vegetables came from a can. I would like to say the service made up for it, but we decided not to return. I would not recommend to anyone-horribly overpriced. more

Best catering around 3/28/2007

I used Stoveworks to cater a corporate party. Christina Forewright was professional, prompt, and easy to work with. The atmosphere was unique and the service was impeccable. I am planning to use the catering service for future personal events. I highly recommend them!! more

Disappointment 4/11/2006

I wanted to use Stoveworks for my wedding reception. We met them twice and loved the food we tried and thought they were very personable. But what a disppointment when it came to service and communication. It took about seven weeks to get a final menu from them and it still didn't have the changes we discussed. I finally gave up and went with someone else. Pros: Food Cons: Communication, Service more

Amazing!! 7/9/2002

We used Stoveworks for our wedding reception at the Factory and I just cannot say enough about this place. The food was uncomparable, inexpensive for the amount we recieved, and the staff was exceptional!! Lisa Freeman was amazing to work with, very proffessional! She made our day perfect! I have talked to several of our guests since the wedding and all have raved over the food stating that it was the best they had ever eaten. From the salmon & chicken all the way to the salads! Thank you all so much for your hard work and excellent service! Pros: Great Staff, Easy to Work with, Unbeatable prices more
