She explained everything I should expect with the legal process and made me feel very comfortable. Ms. Stovall has a great staff and they worked hard to get all the necessary things done. We received justice for what should have been offered by the insurance company from the start but wasn't. The person I spoke to was very helpful and explained a lot of things that I never would have thought of. I signed up and 8 months later Im feeling so much better and my settlement was great!!!! I had the privilege of meeting Kimberly Stovall during a very hard and difficult time for me. I was involved in a major accident where my car was totaled and I needed to have surgery. Her staff took care of everything!! I was so relieved and able to focus on my recovery while they handled everything, including the repairs to my vehicle, scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation. These guys will steal your money! I will never go to Stovall for any counseling services ever again. I was recently in a vehicle accident where I was the victim. My insurance company had already promised me a certain amount to pay for my medical, and Stovall is charging me 1/3 of the amount that I was already promised. So I would have saved money if I had not come to these guys. Freaking 1/3!!! That's damn crazy because I could have done what they had done without any cost. All that thy did was make a few phone calls all right from the coziness of their own office. I admit that this was my first automobile accident and I was naive, but now I know better. Their website is bullshite. Their FAQs say that they will try to take any cases based on the likelihood of success, and that their services will be free of charge if you don't get any money. So basically, they will only take cases that can win so they will always take your money. Fukcing 1/3!!! Now I have less than what I would have got but these damn lawyers took a lot of my alreday promised money for their greedy pockets. The only positive thing that I found was that the person I talked to was polite. But anybody can be polite or rude in the blink of an eye. My advice is to call them for their ""free consultation"" but do not agree to take them as your lawyers. I was surprised that they sent me a letter saying that they are representing my without asking for my permission first. Then read your own insurance's policies and what you have or have not signed up for, i.e. non-insured motorists, liability, full coverage, etc. p.s.
