I am terrified of the dentist, but I had a cavity and finally had to find a dentist. I liked the thought of sedation dentistry, so I made an appointment. They got me in right away...

I find the staff at Stonecreek Dental the best I have ever dealt with in any profession. I was extremely nervous regarding an issue I was having and they were sensitive to my needs. I did not feel pressured on any course of treatment. They did a fantastic job explaining my options. more

As a former patient of Dr. Fenner, I was not sure I would like the change. I always appreciated the timeliness of his practice and the fact that "extra" services were never pushed on me. I have been to other practices where extra charges and poor customer experience seemed to be the norm. Stonecreek was a pleasant surprise. From check-in to exit I enjoyed the visit. Everyone was nice and service was prompt and professional. Extra work was not pushed, but the exam was thorough. I would recommend to friends. more

I have been a patient at Stonecreek for a number of years. I had a couple of minor issues with my teeth that I thought I was just going to have to live with. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Biehle told me that they could fix those right up. The work was excellent. I never felt pressured to have the work done, but I was glad that they were willing to tell me what could be done. And it was less expensive than I would have guessed. The entire staff is always friendly and more importantly, very good at what they do. I have recommended them to many friends. more

Extremely nice staff. We are in the first steps of having new dentures made so we have many more visits upcoming, but so far so good. Additionally, we are currently uninsured however after a lot of research, Stonecreek seems to be right on track with national dental pricing structures. more

A VERY SHADY PLACE. Went with my 11 year old for 2 routine cleanings and sealants for her teeth. It was our 3rd time there. They sent be an out of network bill for $500.00!!! According to my Insurance company, I am in-network, and they even offered Stonecreek, personalized assistance to adjust the bill correctly.. All Stonecreek wanted to talk about was getting me on a payment plan. Threatened me with collections if I didn't ""JUST PAY THE BILL."" \r Worst dental center experience of my life. Please look at other reviews of this establishment. I am not alone with my complaints about their accounting.BEWARE! more

BUYER BE WARE!! I truly thought that I was going to get the best dental treatment at a fair price...boy was I wrong! Stonecreek has a lot of frills and high tech equipment but have a practice of over charging patients and maxing out insurance. My wife and I both have spent over $4k in the month of January for services rendered and anywhere else in the city...(we checked) it would have been half or less! They are a in network provider for Delta Dental ONLY! They will not explain the cost clearly and truly do you and your family a dis-service. Not only have I exhausted all of my benefits for 2014 but my FSA too! ** I had (2) fillings done and had to turn around and have a root canal and crown on one of the NEW fillings. During that procedure it was determined that the other filling would need the same. All one week after having them done...MALPRACTICE! *** Missy (Dental Tech) is GREAT! No reason to ding her for the bad practices of the business. Dealing with her was the only bright spot through it all!! CONTEMPLATING LEGAL ACTION...having all documents reviewed. more
