Where to begin. Right off the bat, the owner was incredibly rude to both my husband and myself. She had no patience with us or our dog. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought she was just having a "bad day." We asked for a tour, she denied us, we asked for a schedule of feeding times, play times, etc., once again she rolled her eyes, puffed and denied us this. When we went to pick him up again, she wouldn't tell us anything about what our dog did while he was there, she wouldn't answer our questions and was once again extremely rude to us. Needlesstosay, I canceled my future dates and this pissed her off. She was cocky and arrogant. There were WAY TOO MANY dogs there and it was very dirty. I do not recommend this place. It was an extremely unpleasant experience dealing with Cindy, the owner. She should not be working with animals.
