Absolutely THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE ever! I submitted two Pioneer DJ CD Players to this sad excuse for a repair facility at the recommendation of the manufacturer. Both units were giving error codes and the repair process should have been fairly straightforward. After over two months and numerous phone calls during which I was either hung up on or given the runaround, I finally had to get in my car and drive FOUR hours to reclaim my merchandise. When I arrived, the staff was rude and hostile, and demanded that I pay $130 to get my items back. Having no choice, I forked over the $130, and now that I am home I cannot even get either unit to power on. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
