Absolutely outstanding service! Just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past, I found this body shop. They made everything quick and easy and hassle free. Getting in a car accident is already such a hassle, so it was such a relief to hand my car/problem over to the professionals at Steve Grabke. Andy at the front desk was very personable and helpful. I dropped my car off and a rental was ready and waiting for me. I just had to sign a piece of paper and she gave me the keys. I was pleased to see that the rental they got me had leather seats, Bluetooth, GPS and touch screen just like my car so I was very comfortable driving it. I was also pleasantly surprised that my car was ready within the week...less than 5 days. I dropped the rental off and Andy asked me if I left anything and I said no. I paid and then he came out to double check and found that I had left some things in the trunk of the car. My car was sparkling clean inside and out and he even started it for me while I paid inside so it was nice and toasty warm when I drove off. This is five star service. The best I've ever experienced at a body shop. more

Just picked my car up from their shop 15 minutes ago. They did a tremendous job. The car looks better than new. Great customer service and everyone is very upbeat and personable. They also fixed a few problems with my car that I did not bring it in for, for free. Service was completed in a timely manner while keeping me updated. They also washed the outside and cleaned the inside before returning the vehicle to me. Strongly recommend this shop over larger, impersonal chains. Great work guys. more

I went here to get my car checked out and the staff were very helpful and actually concerned with the welfare of my car! They did a minor fix to my car for ABSOLUTELY FREE along with my estimate. Finally their lobby is possibly the coolest I have ever seen. If you want some honest people to work on your car you will find them here! more

Six weeks ago I had my 2010 Chevrolet repaired at Steve Grabke's Body Shop. With heavy damage to the front and right side of my vehicle, frame damage was extensive and, clearly the entire vehicle would need to be refinished. From the beginning my concern was that my vehicle would never be the same. Just two weeks later my vehicle was delivered in ""like new"" condition. The new paint job appears to be better than what I had from the factory, all new body parts fit perfectly and the vehicle steers and drives as well as it ever has! Everything I was promised came true, a loaner car for the entire down time was provided, not one complaint. Steve Grabke saw to it that this would be a hassle free experience, very professional and accomplished! more

The last time i came in and had you look at the rust under the wheel well. The fact that you agreed to fix it and you guaranteed your work. That will keep me as a Grabke auto customer. My recent experience with my 2010 BMW. I must say, Steve Grabke's Body Shop in Holland, Ohio was a wonderful experience. Workmanship and deadline were met with a finished product second to none. The repair and refinish work was actually nicer than the factory. Every body panel lined up perfectly, in fact, the body panels of the automobile they refinished are actually nicer than the factory paint and I'm now going to allow them to refinish the entire car. I must add, my interior hasn't been this clean in a long time. They actually cleaned the interior in a professional manner, something that is unheard of today! Steve Grabke's Body Shop far exceeded my expectations! Just wonderful people and a magnificent "state of the art" facility,,,second to no one! Simply stated....A CLASS ACT. more

it took them over a week to give me my car. When they finally said they were done, they weren't they left paint tape but really it was paint pealing off the door, they turned the radio bass way up. I have an infant daughter. They left dirt on my leather seats, broke my license plate bracket, and didn't screws it in. Never called me for a week. When I called on Friday afternoon I talked to two people who could tell me nothing and promise to call me back in half an hour but failed to. They apologized for being busy but not for wasting my time or the damage. I plan on contacting my insurance who referred me and the shop to fix my license plate and the chipped paint and it better get done quickly. more

I have been in and out of Steve Grabke's body shop off and on since 2001.. The first time I went to Steve Grabke's Body shop I hit a deer. I was very pleased with the service I received and with the repair on my Monte Carlo. They did a great job. The second time I stopped in was to ask them if they could possible check my tire pressure which they did and even put air in my tires. The third time was just a few months ago when my blinker light went out and I stopped in with a new bulb to ask them about it and they replaced my bad bulb within 2 minutes. I would not hesitate to go back to Grabke's. They are friendly and very professional and do a great job! more

I have been going to Steve Grabke's body shop for over 5 years now and I have never had a problem. I just recently had my vehicle worked on at the shop and it was done in a timely manner and the work was beautiful. Their work is done right the first time in contrary to other peoples opinions! The customer service is the best I have seen thus far as they are willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. I have had many cars in Steve's shop. Club Wagon rollover, Taurus rear-ended, same Taurus hit by a deer, Ford Five Hundred (twice). Always comes back amazing, better than before, and fair pricing.\r \r I never even shop. No one touches my car but Steve Grabke. more

Six months of returning my vehicle to this body shop and it still is not fixed. Each time I brought it there, some of the work was passed over, and I would have to bring it back. The time before last, I picked up the vehicle and a large scratch was astually added from the shop. I brought it back to have it fixed, and two weeks later I pick up my vehicle and the scratch is still there. Even if they did the best work in town, it is not worth the hassle and aggravation! Take it somewhere that it will be done right the first time. Pros: Location? Cons: Argumentative, mediocre work, do as little work as possible more

This business was excellent to deal with when someone rear-ended my Subaru WRX. They actually stayed a little late for me to bring my car in the same day the accident occured. They then arranged for a rental car and drove me to get the rental. When we did have concerns about the repair they quickly remedied the situation. They also cleaned the vehicle inside and out before returning it to us. We did not even have to return the rental car ourselves. There was also a problem with the battery and they recommended some great places to purchase a new one. They took car of everything. I would definitely recommend this business. more
