I've actually never had a stereo installed professionally before. Last summer I went to Stereo One to have a new stereo and speakers installed in my Kia. Mario and peter did great work and didn't try to get all my money. They sold me what I asked for and offered advice if I wanted it. Overall the price was good, the service was excellent, and the product works to my liking. Sony radio and alpine speakers ,love it . thanks mario , peter and thanks stereo 1 ,i will see u guys soon for more work. oscar z more

Best customer service in northridge. These guys are very professional. The owner(Sam) is as knowledgeable as they come and personally sees to it that you are taken care of. I cam to him 3 times and walked away satisfied every single time. Never hard sells which I appreciate. I was willing to pay to get a new box built for my sub because the one I have is too big. Its a custom box but since it is so big the bass tends to only hit well on long rolling bass lines, when the bass comes hard and fast it sounds muffled. sam told me he could do it but that I may not be happy because it won't make that big of a difference. So I didn't do it. How often does a car audio guy talk you out of it? I really appreciate STEREO 1 car stereo's honesty, dedication to professionalism, and great customer service. 5 Star all the way more

I shop at Stereo 1 because they have the best Audio Accessories. I shopped for an amazing alarm system that they have for cars. They're not overpriced and have pretty good specials every month. I need to boost up my music in the car and they added a perfect sound system. MARIO IS THE MAN more

This place is such a rip off. They have like 3 sales people and then one fat guy installing everything that if you spend 30 seconds talking to him you know he has no clue as to what he is doing. I paid 500 dollars for a new radio and 4 new speakers. They speakers all burned out with in 4 months and the radio broke shortly after. Get this, the radio was only to be sold in Canada never even intended for the American marker and i looked at the speakers and they were manufactured in 2004 already 6 years old. I don't know what these guys are up to but don't waste your money. I hope you don't get scammed like I did more

I installed my first radio at this shop back in 2004 and I was real happy to know that they would be willing to trade in my $200.00 radio in exchange or credit for another radio that costs $600.00 I received the $200.00 credit and paid $487.00 for a DVD in-dash radio which resulted in unfortunate installation of the system. The technician did not install the radio brackets screws causing a thief to take the whole radio out of the dash with bracket and all. Word of advice fully inspect all the installed equipment and ask a lot of questions about the installations. If the technician is not cooperative in answering your questions then ask for a second opinion from another radio installation site. I do not want what happened to my radio installation to happen to another person who may have spent a lot of money in equipment and the radio may easily be stolen.
