This store is far better than any big box store. This is were you can go and talk to a real plumber, and they are really willing to help. I feel lucky that the Downers Grove area has a store like this. more

We live in a first floor condo and discovered water backing up into our kitchen sink from the units above. The condo association contracts with Stephens plumbing, and a plumber was dispatched to our place very quickly. He roto-rooted the pipes, and had the huge clog undone in short order. more
