First off let me say that salon is trendy, and I was excited knowing that Tina was a Master Colorist with Redken and could not wait for my first appointment. I walked away with beautiful highlights, and excited for my next appointment! Sadly, this excitement was short lived by appointment number three the quality of service began to decline. Especially, in the hair cutting skills. I wanted layers as she previously did and I saw her just comb it down and cop layers straight across.... no checking or anything. (I chalked that off to maybe she was having a off day) and was able to work with them. The next time I came in for highlights they were not what I wanted, I said, okay another off day. My final straw was my last set of highlights and cut.... the highlights were fine but she took a mere five min to cut my hair with the same chop a layer process.... and charged me for a full haircut of $35.
I was also mortified to see another stylist coloring a clients hair and she did not use hair color gloves and had it all over her. Apparently, the salon does not keep them in stock.
I do not mind paying big prices for quality service but this salon owner needs to get back to the basic and stand behind her title Master Colorist and brush up on consistancy.... or do not charge the prices she does
