Steamers Restaurant & Pub

I have been going to Steamers for years and never had any problems until last night. I came in like I normally do to sit to watch the game, the waitress took my order but all I wanted was a glass of water. She came back with my water and stood in near me hawking me like I was a prey. Every 5 minutes instead of giving me a menu or asking if I needed anything, she just gave me cold looks as if I have to come to her to order something. REALLY??? The bar was as dead as I have ever seen it for Monday Night Football, after this service I can see why. I have ignored her until the head bartender came up to me rudely and told me YOU CAN'T JUST SIT HERE AND WATCH THE GAME WITHOUT ORDERING ANYTHING. YOU BETTER ORDER SOMETHING IN THE NEXT 15 MINUTES OR WE ARE GOING TO KICK YOU OUT. REALLY??? Next time tell your waitress to check on your customers every now and then and maybe your place won't look like a ghost town on Monday nights!!! You just lost another PAYING CUSTOMER!!!!!! more

This is the best bar in Charlotte. It has over 85 TV's, all HDTV's in the front room. It has pool, foosball, darts...and so much more.
