This company is the WORST! I even made the mistake of choosing them over a diff co. who quoted me less than they did because of how nice the lady was when i called for a quote. Here I am Saturday afternoon with all plans on hold bc they gave me an original window of 930-130, then called Friday and said until 230....NO CALL NO SHOW! I called them and got the RUDEST lady JOY who basically told me time frames dont mean thats when they will get to my house! She then told me the time frame I had was wrong & that they are from 830-230 & that my ticket specifically said 'do not go to house before 930' which was incorrect i was not given a time before 930am! I asked when they would get to my house and JOY said ""Whenever they get there. They are on a job in Palos Heights & if you really needed to know when they'd be there id have to call them to find out"" like it was a bother! WHO DOES THAT?!?! What type of business is this? THEN she hung up on me!! I called back and asked for the managers name and she said it was Donna, but now im nervous because I see another person had issues with cust service & getting ahold of management. That's okay tho, the BBB will hear from me on this issue. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, HORRIBLE! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!
