We are very pleased 2/27/2013

This is the only way that carpet and furniture should be cleaned. We are very pleased, not only with the service and results immediately following cleaning, but also with the long term results. We had stains that I would not have believed they could remove. I thought the 4 yr. old carpet was shot. But months later, I can`t even see where the stains were. more

carpet looks like BRAND NEW!!! 1/4/2013

The coffee stains that have been there for 5 years have vanished, and the carpet looks BRAND NEW! I am delighted! Steam Point Carpet Cleaning also totally restored area rugs and a sofa that I was ready to toss out, and they`re now LIKE NEW as well ... worth every penny! more

Top service 1/4/2013

Steam Point Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on our carpets. I haven`t used a professional carpet cleaning service ever since we moved to our house in Winston-Salem, NC because I thought cleaning the carpet by myself was good enough for us, but there was a big difference between how I cleaned the carpets and they did. Now the carpet looks brand new, and I`m thinking of using their upholstery cleaning service to clean an old sofa I have. more

I`ve never had a company come and make me believe that they really wanted my home to be clean. Steam Point Carpet Cleaning made sure that I knew they would do everything they would do in their own home. My carpets and upholstery look like new. That`s why when I have a home cleaning problem I ALWAYS call them. more
