I can only assume her name is LOU. If I could give minus stars I could fill this page. She is the most unprofessional person I've had to deal with over the phone the past few weeks. Trying to find another company that my work can use....just because of her. RUDE! RUDE ! RUDE! more

I'm on my way back to State Wide Glass because they take care of 'business'. My wife and I thought Lou was engaging and knew her stuff for the non-professional, the do-it-yourselfer, like me. Her experience showed. Like I said, 'Good enough for me to return'. Pros: Lou knew her business saving me mistakes & money! more

It tooks 11 days to come out and just measure after the lady ""Lou"" in the office keep saying in the next couple of days , each time I called. One time she even said, ""I told you they will be out there next week"" but she never said that to me. It took 39 days from when I signed the contract to come in, when she told me it would take 2 weeks. She was extremely rude and tried to make me feel stupid for even asking for the window schedule. Like I didn't even have a right to ask her this things. The installers were very nice and professional. But I hope this company gets rid of the rudest person I have ever dealt with from a business. Good Luck calling, hopefully you all with have another person then ""Lou"" when you call there. more
