I just got married about three weeks ago.  We made an appointment with Matt to combine mine and my husband’s insurance.  Matt’s office has great rates for our cars, motorcycle and home.  We also discussed life insurance for my husband and I.  We never really thought about getting life insurance.  Matt does a great job of explaining everything.  It was a very “non pressured” appointment. more

Exceptional service provided by Matt 1/19/2011

I have been insured with Matt’s office for a little over a year.  His office called me up to review my insurance with him.  It was well worth it.  I didn’t remember what I had covered on my cars and home so it was nice to get refreshed on it.  The best part is, I had no idea of all the products State Farm offers.   Matt spoke to me about planning for my retirement.  They have different plans for me to help with this.  I had no clue.   He made me feel real comfortable and took the time to really educate me. more

It was such an easy (and great) move to switch my insurance to Matt's office. I think I spent about 15 minutes total in his office getting everything signed up. I am pretty busy during the day so they had all my stuff ready to go for when I showed up. It was great. I am thrilled to have such a great company to insure my car. They also gave me information on life and retirement planning. I will be setting up an appointment shortly. Thanks to Matt Keim's office for all of their help!!! more

Staff is great 7/22/2010

Who thought great customer service was dead??? Not at Matt’s office. All his staff people were so great. Matt is extremely nice and took the time to explain on our auto policy. I was in such a good mood when I left his office. It is good to know that excellent customer service is still around. more
