Lots of other options in pasadena, try someone else first, second and third 10/16/2008

This is my first message posted to this site. I have had annoyances with this agent over the years, have now moved out of the country and am still forced to handle her incompetence. I would have changed agents earlier but I was in the middle of a PhD program (now complete thank you very much) and didn't really want to waste the time. Pros: State Farm is a reputable company and I have had good experiences with their agents in the past Cons: This particular agent is worthless more
