On 5/5/2012 I was seen my dr.watson and his lpn. After the visit I realized that they had not documented my main complaint that actually resulted in me having complications. I asked them to make the corrections in my medical records. They refused and told me that they would call the police if I did not leave. This was a public disgrace. I am a mother of two small children who are very accident prong. I am very satisified with the way the Stat Care clinic is run. The doctors are nice and helpful. I have took my daughter and son to the clinic for a number of things from broken arm to a sore throat when their own doctor could not see them before the weekend. We got back to see the doctor very quickly and easily. I would recommend Stat Care to any parent that has a problem getting in to see their doctor or that has a minor emergency before they consider going to the ER and sitting there for hours. more

We have had what I consider a very unkind, uncaring and a very unprofessional exiperence 10-19-2009. We called the clinic before leaving Brookhaven and was told that they were open until 7:30 pm not 7:20 pm, we told them we had a sick child and was told to come on that they would get him in but when we got there the doors were locked and we were told they could not see our son. I fully understand that people need to go home but we were not told they do not take patients after 7:00 pm or even 6:45 pm we were told to come on only to be turned away at 7:20pm. This clinic needs to reconsider its policies when gave information about business hours. more

Ive used Stat Care McComb from the day they opened their doors. My self, my wife, my 3 daughters, and my grand baby all go there. I work at a local Hospital and choose to go to Stat Care instead of the ER. We think Stat Care is awesome (fast, efficient, and effective). Keep up the Good Work Stat Care. What right do they have to refuse someone a drug screen, when the compay that sent that person there has a contract with them to drug screen their applicants? The company is paying them to do the drug screen. Not only are they hurting the person by costing them a job, but they are hurting the company by costing them an employee. Has our counntry gotten that communistic? This is really sad when the office manager can tell her employers what they can and cannot do with their clinic. I DO NOT WANT ANY OF MY NAME REVEALED!!!!!!!! The reason the office manager will not let me take the test is so petty, she was ashamed to tell my lawyer. If she can refuse someone a job over this situation I feel sorry for her if a real problem arises!! I also pray she can sleep at night knowing she cost someone employment. People don't understand they might be in the samr situation one day. It really hurts that she cost me my job, but I forgive her. I just PRAY GOD will. more
