I was a weekly customer for 5 years. Everyone makes mistakes, but Star Bright offers no apologies. My batch was lost, I waited 45 minutes while they looked for it, went home with the promise they would call me when it was located, no word for 5 days, I went back, no one knew anything about it, so they started the search again, 3 days later I went back AGAIN, waited 20 minutes, they found it and said ""here you go"". I spent way too much time on this and it was a total of 4 trips, plus I was without my clothes 1 week past when they were suppose to be ready. This is not the first time i had to make more than 1 trip to pick up my dry cleaning - it's not worth the hassle.
