Stark Animal Hospital

I have been going to Dr Klein at Stark Animal Hospital for 22 years now, and I too found out the hard way why you get what you pay for from a "cheaper vet". Dr Klein helped us immensley with our first dog, who had mange. I've been through a couple cats and now two dogs that they have taken care of until the end, and hopefully he will be there until the end with my current 2 Aussies. I will never take my animals anywhere else and it will be a sad, sad day when Dr Klein retires. You know a true animal lover when he is allergic to all animals, but comes to work every day, all year long in long sleeve shirts!! I reccommend Stark to everyone I know that has pets! more

in regards to the review about how pricey it was for her to take her dog here and how you know there are cheaper vets, i to was floored by the price at first but i learned the hard way that a cheap vet is not the way to go. I got a pug puppy about four years ago and decided to call around for a vet i called stark animal hospital and was floored with the office visit, so called around some where else and found a vet dr. wade, i took my puppy there to get a check up and fixed. all seemed well at first. i got her fixed and i though everything was fine and then when her stomach started to heal funny the incision came open it was seeping and she was very uncomfortable. i took her back about three times and every time the vet was more and more upset to see me, he had me wrap her stomach and just leave it alone, it never healed on it own it took her to stark animal hospital right after my last visit there no appointment nothing and they got her in and seen her within the hour no problem, dr t more

We got a new puppy and had used this facility in the past for our previous dogs. They had remodeled it since the last time I had been there and after I got the bill I now know how they are paying for the new remodeling job. The vet was really very good but I know there are other vets in the area that are cheaper and just as good. more
