I have been a coffee fan for years and always stuck with what I knew. One day, I went into this Starbucks and a very helpfull employee said ""have you ever tried the Salted Caramel Mocha?"" I said no and she insisted on making me a sample size....I am now in love....thanks to the great staff!!!!!!!!! more

Service you normally don't recive at Starbucks 1/2/2006

welcomed me as soon as i walked in the door, generally cared about me, made my drink right, and was made fast. more
