I'm a Starbucks junkie...I'll be the first to admit it! I won't go here unless it's an emergency. I tried a few different times and always to the same result-- an entirely new or nearly entirely new staff behind the counter. Whoever took my order couldn't figure out what it was I wanted despite clear instructions (one time I had to POINT at the pasty I wanted despite repeating the name three or four times), the lines were always tremendous and the barista (always seems to be alone) is pounding out drinks as fast as possible while the rest of the staff stands around incompetently---not helping.
