I have been going to this salon for over 9 years.
In the last 2 yrs the salon owner has argued with me 3x, her staff continues to gossip about all the clients and disrespects them by speaking about them in a foreign language right in front of them. The owner has pulled the skin off of my eyebrows one last time...when I first went there she got in trouble for doing them without the right license. The last time I was in 3 days ago was it. She put me with a tech to put simple gel on top of a manicure. I told her my daughter (a first grader) could do better. She said gel is hard to do..uh no just thicker than paint dumbie. She is always arguing with me. Talk about bad customer service. She will never have my business again! $150 every 2 wks (me and my fiance and occasionally my daughter) I used to tell all my friends to go there but because of the horrible managerial skills of the owner I now have to publicly complain. Oh well. Good luck Jaime your business wont survive when you argue with clients. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!
