I'm not sure if management has changed hands but I had a very good experience with this agency 2 1/2 years ago. They placed me quickly into temp positions, several of them, all of which had potential for working into permanent decent paying positions. The temp pay was low, which in my experience is the norm, and perhaps they did not have direct deposit, but that is a small price to pay to ""gain entry"", make a few bucks, and hopefully, obtain a plumb position with a solid company. I was always treated with respect and liked the humor and energy of the gals who helped me obtain a position exactly where I wanted to be. Maybe there is better out there but I tried many before them and they did the best job for me. Pros: Great service, good positions. Cons: Parking more

Avoid this agency. After reading the comments i decided to still give the agency a chance even though nobody had anything good to say about it. in retrospect i should not have even called. the receptionist I spoke to was shockingly dismissive and very rude. I would not work there if they employ these kinds of people. more

I sent my resume and contact info regarding a job posting, I was called within the following hour to come in for an interview ""as soon as possible"" so I arranged to come to their offices to interview and on my way receive a call saying they have to cancel my interview, when I asked why she said ""oh I dont know they just told me to call and tell you we have to cancel your interview"" when I asked if they would like to reschedule or talk with me she says ""oh um, no, they didn't say anything about that, I don't know"". more

I made an appointment to meet with a recruiter and he told me that they were having an open house on the day I was going in, so I should come in early to avoid the rush...there was no rush. I guess word has gotten around that this is not a very good agency. I wish I had known before I wasted my time. The guy who told me to be there early didn't show up until 12:30!!! The receptionist was very nice. more

Horrible agency, after talking to a rep and taking the MS office tests, I called the following week and tried to ask if there were any available temp positions. The person on the line wouldn't give me an answer, she even said she was busy and couldn't talk. This place just doesn't seem like they care about their temps. If they treat all their temps like this, I wouldn't give them my business. more
