We found a bed at Star furniture's online website,went to the store to apply for Credit & had the bed ordered. Everyone working the night shift was friendly & helpful...well we went back today (Sunday morning) & did not get the same service..The employees were snobby & unhelpful.We were told the bed would have to be picked up at their Katy,Tx. warehouse,when we asked for directions the employees acted like they were clueless! We walked through the store & there were 3 men & 1 women all employees & they all just stared at us..Not one of them was friendly,no one asked if they could help us or anything...They made us feel as if we weren't good enough to be in their store..It's such a shame cause they do have a huge selection of furniture & a lot of gorgeous furniture but we felt very unwelcome. And another dissapointment is having to drive all the way to Katy,Tx............I doubt I will be shopping there again!
