Mr. Charles Douglas, I’m appealing to you to retrain your employees at the National City location specifically Mr. Zaid Gonzalez whom he identified himself as the Store Manager. I never in my life experienced being treated as third class citizen of this great country of USA. Mr. Gonzalez acted very unprofessional by addressing my concern of price discrepancy with pure hostility. He displayed an unprofessional demeanor both in words and actions. Using an aggressive stance and communicating with me with profanity is not acceptable in any customer service arena. In fact, it’s considered an act of mental violence towards to an elderly people like myself. I highly recommend to you, Mr. Douglas, to revamp your customer service course/class in your training manual and just use human compassion as a guide in dealing/interacting with your customers. In my own personal experience and opinion, Mr. Zaid Gonzalez should not hold a managerial position in your company for he is a bad example for your employees to follow. I deem for you to hold accountability for your employees and hopefully you’ll investigate this sensitive manner.
