I brought my computer to staples because of a sudden blue screen which didn't allow me to use my computer. After diagnosis, an easy tech associate told me that my computer had several problem. The first one was one of my hardrive had crushed and needed to be replaced. The second problem was viruses. So I asked them to replace the hardrive and I wanted to get rid of the viruses by myself (staples asked me to pay $200 to remove the viruses).
